Allana Buick & Bers (ABBAE) has immediate openings for the following positions:
- Building Envelope Consultant (Palo Alto and Los Angeles) - conduct field investigations and condition assessments and develop construction documents, details and specifications. RRC, RWC or similar certifications are preferred.
- Roofing/Waterproofing Monitors (San Francisco Bay Area/Irvine/Los Angeles) - observe, document, and report whether or not the measurable attributes of construction conform to the construction drawings, project specifications, and manufacturers’ installation guidelines. RRO certification is preferred.
- Building Envelope Consultant (Honolulu) - assist with building evaluations and reports, gathering field information and investigations, and quality assurance. RRC, RWC or similar certifications are preferred.
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Palo Alto) – responsible for project execution/management and design, securing mechanical projects through proposal preparation and attending business development meetings. Mechanical projects may include the planning and design of HVAC, piping/plumbing, solar thermal, forensic mechanical engineering, mechanical energy optimization, microturbine and other forms of alternative energy. BSME plus 10 years’ experience + PE desired.
